He did it....again!!
You know when he set his mind to something, he can't get enough. David raced in the Dansby Duo which was a 5k and then a 12 mile bike ride and then anotther 5k after that. Ouch! He said it was really hard, but got to race along side Jeremy Dewitt for a porton of the race which made it a little fun(what part of it was fun??)

Seriously.... tell David congrats. What's amazing about David is he's good at everything he does b/c he sets his mind to it. We could all learn a little something from DQ.
